U.S. History:
Today we jumped into Chapter 14 which discusses many of the problems with an expanding Country Like America in the 1800′s. We looked at some pictures of old city neighborhoods from the 1860′s and discussed the living conditions faced by many people in that time. Students were assigned to read Section 14.1 in the textbook and to complete the section assessment on p. 428 (Questions 1, 3 & 4)
There will be a quiz over that section on Monday.
